It is a public, private, and academic alliance for the integral development of the entrepreneurial ecosystem of Manizales and the region, delivering the necessary conditions to create and grow companies through training and by using different programs in order to consolidate them as high potential companies.

  • High Potential Companies

    It helps to increase sales and profits by enabling entrepreneurs to grow faster through new capabilities, knowledge, mentoring, and relationships.

  • Entrepreneurial Mentoring Program

    It invites business or corporate people with long track records to establish long term relationships with growing entrepreneurs in order to share their experiences, thus reducing the risks of growing.

  • Affiliates and High Potential Professors

    These programs develop abilities in the professors of the allied universities of Manizales Más for their task of teaching entrepreneurship, which contributes to strengthen the human capital and entrepreneurial culture components of the Manizales ecosystem.

  • Addventure Más

    An experience of intensive acceleration intended for companies in their early stages. Throughout six weeks, entrepreneurs face the main growth challenges with training, mentoring, and the specialized advice from experts.

  • Startup Más

    Seeks and strengthens new business initiatives of undergraduate, post-graduate, graduate, and administrative students who belong to the allied universities of Manizales Más.

  • The Route to Entrepreneurship

    An education program intended for the reinforcement and development of entrepreneurial competencies in students. The program is comprised of six subjects: entrepreneurship, marketing and sales for entrepreneurs, intellectual property, social entrepreneurship, finance, and management of growing businesses.

  • Over $46 million in sales from High Potential Companies in 2017

  • High Potential Cocoa Growers Program (within the project with CasaLuker) to seek new business opportunities for two associations in Tumaco. Two new projects resulted from this intervention, seeking to generate an additional income and welfare for the community, in addition to new competencies for the leaders of the Comcacaot SAS and Chocolates Tumaco associations.

  • In alliance with the Chamber of Commerce of Manizales, Caldas, 12 entrepreneurs who built an entrepreneurial community were trained in sales and ‘pitching’.

  • A Diploma in Teaching Entrepreneurship took place to strengthen the pedagogical entrepreneurship of 15 university professors.


Recognition

In 2017, Manizales Más celebrated its fifth anniversary in a great get-together with more than 110 attendants and guests from seven countries interested in becoming acquainted with this ecosystem and the results achieved through our programs and trained entrepreneurs.
