Manizales Más

Manizales Más is an alliance for the integral development of the Manizales entrepreneurship ecosystem. It generates the necessary conditions to create and grow companies from the conviction that knowledge plus action, transform the economic model. Manizales Más materializes an innovative development model from a private public and academic alliance.

Programs

High Potential Companies

It is a training designed to help increase the sales and profits of the enterprises. It leads entrepreneurs to grow rapidly, which translates into new skills, knowledge, mentors and relationships.

Business Mentoring Program

Invite entrepreneurs or corporate with great experience to generate long-term relationships with growing entrepreneurs to share their experience and thus reduce the risks of growing.

Affiliates y Profesores de Alto potencial

These programs develop skills for teaching entrepreneurship in teachers of Manizales Más Allied universities, contributing to the strengthening of the human capital and entrepreneurial culture components of the Manizales ecosystem.

Addventure Más

It is an experience of intensive acceleration aimed at early stage companies, who over six weeks face the main growth challenges for this type of entrepreneurship. These entrepreneurs receive specialized training, mentoring and expert advice..

Startup Más

It aims to find and strengthen new business initiatives for undergraduate, postgraduate, graduate and administrative students who belong to the allied universities of Manizales More. The initiatives are classified according to their status in three stages: explore, pursue, launch and grow.

The Entrepreneurship Route

It is a training program aimed at strengthening and developing entrepreneurial skills that allows students to think and act in an entrepreneurial way. It consists of six subjects: Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Sales for Entrepreneurs, Intellectual Property for Entrepreneurs, Social Entrepreneurship, Finances for Entrepreneurs and Management of Growing Companies.

Vender Más

It is a program designed to strengthen the sales process and bring companies to growth through training that strengthens business skills and competencies.

Crecer Más

It is a training designed to help increase sales and profits of companies in the municipalities of Caldas. It also seeks to expand the capacity of the ecosystem by looking for companies that are growing.

Emprendiendo Sueños

A project to sow an entrepreneurial culture in the Caribia village, municipality of Necoclí, in Antioquia, and obtain an early victory from a project to develop an artisanal product of the region and its supply chain, under the umbrella of the project Chocolate dream.

Innóvate Chec

It is a program led by the CHEC - EPM Group that seeks to identify, accompany and promote the ideas and projects of young students of higher education (levels of technology and professional undergraduate) and postgraduate education (specializations, masters and doctorates) of educational institutions located in the department of Caldas, whose proposals are based on the development of prototypes that provide solutions to issues related to CHEC challenges: water and life, sustainable mobility, solid waste management and rural integral solutions.

In 2019 Manizales Más celebrated its fifth year in a great meeting that convened more than 110 attendees and guests from 7 countries interested in knowing this ecosystem and the results that have been achieved through our programs and trained entrepreneurs.

This year important growth facts were consolidated as:

Manizales Más is bringing greater value to its allies. In the hands of the Government of Caldas, it leads to Crecer Más to the municipalities of La Dorada and Riosucio so that 12 companies can grow and develop the local ecosystem.
With the Chamber of Commerce of Manizales by Caldas, entrepreneurs were trained in Vender Más, in the metalworking, dairy clusters and the key teams of the CCM in Pitch were formed.
With the Chec for the second consecutive year Innovate Chec was developed to identify entrepreneurs in environmental areas with ideas to lead to prototypes.
With Luker Chocolate, Emprendiendo Sueños was developed, a program to generate culture in Caribia (Necoclí) and achieve the creation of 22 business ideas.
The first Manizales Más book was published: Changing culture with facts, with 15 cases of local businessmen told by high-potential teachers.
The Finance Master event was held, with more than 100 attendees and 10 financing actors. Credit for 300 million pesos.

All of the above has made this ecosystem a worldwide reference.
